The CJVikings open the second half of the season with a strong 3–1 record as they host the DMV Patriots at home. After their first loss, it will be interesting to see how the team responds. Will good practice translate into good offense? One thing’s for sure — the Vikings will continue to lean on their tough, reliable defense to set the tone.

Vikings Open Season with Commanding Victory Over Virginia Hawks
[Wilmington, Delaware]— The Vikings opened their 2025 season in dominant fashion with a decisive victory over the Virginia Hawks, excelling in all phases of the game.
The Vikings’ defense controlled the contest from the outset, limiting the Hawks’ rushing attack to under 100 yards while recording two interceptions in the passing game. The Vikings discipline and execution effectively neutralized the Hawks’ offensive efforts.
Quarterback Tamaal Cole (QB1) led the offense with efficiency and poise, displaying steady control throughout the game. Cole’s ability to read the defense, adjust with timely audibles, execute accurate passes, and extend plays with key runs kept the Vikings’ offense balanced and effective.
“This was a complete team effort,” said Head Coach [Coach Lowe]. “Our players executed the game plan on both sides of the ball, and Tamaal’s leadership on offense was outstanding.”
The comprehensive performance marked a strong statement to begin the season, as the Vikings look to build momentum heading into Week 2.

Vikings Dominate NJ Knights in 24-0 Shutout Victory
The CJVikings delivered a statement win in Week 5, blanking the NJ Knights 24-0 in a dominant performance. The defense was relentless, forcing turnovers and stifling every Knights drive. Meanwhile, the offense capitalized with a balanced attack, mixing explosive runs and clutch passes. A shutout sends a clear message—this Vikings squad is a force to be reckoned with. SKOL! 🏈💜
Spring season failures😭.
After 2 games our Viking offense is averaging 1 score per game. The defense is pores in pass defense. The run defense wakes up only after giving up scores. What will we do to fix this ? Realign the roster…..change coordinators. Find the committed and purge wasteful talent. The owners have decision to make.
A Promising Start: Building Strength and Unity

Our first game of the season brought both challenges and promising highlights. Despite a few setbacks, including a phantom holding call and a tough pick-six, the team showcased resilience and a united spirit on the field. These obstacles are stepping stones for growth, as each play offered learning opportunities to refine our strategies. What’s truly inspiring is the noticeable improvement in team unity and spirit this season. We’re looking forward to building on this strong foundation as we prepare for the rest of the season—ready to tackle every challenge together with determination and teamwork. Here’s to a bright future ahead!

Vikings lose Season opener 22-6 on the road in Delaware.
Our Vikings scored 1st with a strong passing attack. Cameron Sabb had multiple receptions to place Vikings on the 1 yard line. QB1 Tamaal Cole behind a strong O line pushed a QB sneak into the end zone. A 2nd score by RB D.Kennedy was waved off by officials for a phantom holding call 😭. That missed opportunity snowballed to a halftime score of 6-8.
